Dave Hester the arch villain is suing the show for allegedly salting storage lockers, bid rigging and even financing augmentation surgery to make a contestant more sexually appealing to the audience. Over at American Idol, things aren't much better. Paid talent scouts, manipulation of the talent and a host of other infractions lead to very dirty show.
