Aaron Clarey is on a mission to save the imperiled Millennial Generation. Most of this group grew up without the benefit of the nuclear family. For this reason, they lack role models and common sense. Aaron started www.AssHoleConsulting.com and is doing a booming business helping these misguided youths. Much of his advice focuses on what not to do, like not buying a restaurant that they have no idea how to run or not taking on student loan debt for a worthless major. You'd be amazed at the dilemmas he helps them solve.

Craig Hemke a/k/a Turd Ferguson joined us for another insightful discussion. Seems like the computers are no longer working for the bad guys. Now that gold has been going up they've been buying the dips and helping to drive gold higher. Today gold is up another $11 and probably headed higher. What's a central banker to do? And Bitcoin briefly broke $700 as well. Not good news for the global cabal, no matter how you slice it.

Jason Hartman comes on and we review how to analyze a real estate. We looked at two houses, one in Ohio and the other in Florida. Don't be intimidated by numbers, they tell us a story. You just need to learn how to read that story and the rest becomes very easy. It seems like a mystery at first, but one you get into them, it becomes very obvious. Former Congressman John LeBoutillier is concerned about Donald Trump's latest outburst concerning the federal judge handling the Trump University case. John believes that is shows one of Trump's major weaknesses, the inability to work and get along with others. John says that Tump has buried the hatchet with the party and is picking fights with everyone, thus endangering his election prospects. Will he pull back in time?

First I discussed my group's confrontation with a crazy person and the best ways to handle such a situation. Next, we discussed the Swiss Free Lunch Referendum. Remember that China does everything right, except driving down the highway. Every day 700 people die on their highways. Over 260k people per annum. Electric bikes are partially responsible for the havoc. Yours truly is currently shopping the market for one. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. US is now becoming a major petroleum exporter. We're at a 96 year export high. Bitcoin is approaching $600. It's been a great investment over the past few quarters. And Hugo Chavez is canonized by Salon magazine. Pure delusion by wacked out progressive.

Any parent knows that college costs are out of control. This has led to a $1 trillion bubble from which it's hard to escape. The best way to avoid this debt bubble is by helping your child plan to minimize student loans. It's easier than you might think. First, encourage them to take as many advanced placement courses as possible. They'll receive college credits for these courses, thus reducing future tuition expenses. Next, think about attending a community college for the first two years. Overload credits, as they're often quite inexpensive at this level. Next attend a one of your state's high quality state colleges. They are usually required by law to accept all credits earned at community college. And finally, have your child learn about real estate investing at an early age. The sooner they learn proper real estate investing, the more secure their retirement will be.

Sprott's Jason Stevens joined us today. For the past few years, Jason has been urging all those who would listen to stock up on high quality miners. While few of you paid him any attention, those who did are sitting pretty right now. Returns since the first of the year have been nothing short of outstanding. But what's going to happen next? Will gold's advance stall, reverse or continue onward and upward. Jason has a lot to say on that subject. Listen on...

Noted retail expert Howard Davidowitz joined us today. He doesn't see an economic  grezenshoot on the horizon. All the retailers' sales are in the tank and companies are moving away from the US to avoid the excessive taxes. Is it any wonder that this election cycle has been so dysfunctional? Howard believes that Bernie and Hillary are complete disasters and that our only hope is Donald Trump. Do you agree, write us at kl@kerrylutz.com with your opinion.

According to Ralph DiBugnara, millennials often lament the lack of good paying jobs. And with crushing student debt and other considerations who can blame them.

"As a millennial myself I hear it all the time", says Ralph DiBugnara, VP of Residential Home Funding in Parsippany, NJ. "The hard truth however is that there are jobs to be had and in the last place most millennials would think."

Frank Vernuccio, Jr., joined us today. He's very concerned about the poor economic numbers. We appear to be headed to another recession. What will become of the beleaguered middle class? They took the brunt of the Great Recession and most have not recovered themselves. This could be a complete disaster in the making. Stay tuned!

David Gurwitz gave us another installment of Charles Nenner's cycle economic forecasts. It appears that gold has bottomed and the next upside target is $1338. David believes that it's going to take a while to get there. Interest rates are a question mark. David says the system is predicting rate hikes to about 2 percent. In light of the current economic conditions, that's real aggressive call. They're also expecting oil to increase throughout the summer, hitting a high of $67 per barrel. There's lots more calls about companies and commodities and the stock market. Take a look, because the trend is changing and you need to be ready.

Dale Bellis, head of Liberty HealthShare joined us today. We discussed my first experience using Liberty HealthShare to pay for an upcoming procedure, my eyelids are drooping, interfering with my vision, especially at night. Using LHS, which is considered a healthcare cost sharing ministry turned out to be easier than using conventional health insurance and much more financially rewarding. My plastic surgeon's office called Liberty's pre-screening number, spoke on the phone for a short time period, approved the surgery and that was it! No back and forth, no prove that you need the surgery, none of the nightmarish red tape that our current system has devolved into. I'm all set for mid-June and my doctor will be paid in less than 30 days. Since joining Liberty HealthShare, I've estimate that I've saved nearly $11,000! And the savings keeps going up every month. No wonder Liberty HealthShare is up to 60,000 members.

Just go over to JoinLHS.com and find out all about it.

Mickey Fulp joined us today for our May Monthly Major Market review. The only show of its kind out there. Stock markets saw little action in May, closing slightly above breakeven. Precious Metals took a hit after two very hot months, not totally unexpected. Energy ex-Henry Hub and Uranium were up nicely. So was the dollar. But Bitcoin outshines everything else yet again going up by 14.5%. It was still increasing as of this show. What will June bring? Enjoy!
