He's not convinced that the reat estate boom we've been seeing is for real. He thinks it's all part of the funny money ponzi scheming Federal Reserve plot to make us all believe that things are better than they appear to be. Inflation is roaring along at nearly 6 percent, notwithstanding the government's claims that it's less than 2 percent.
