Mark Skousen has finally won his battle. The government will now start tracking Gross Domestic Expenditures which Mark believes is a more accurate measure of actual economic activity. Under this measure, consumer spending drops from 70 percent of economic activity to just 30 percent. This can potentially have a dramatic impact on economic policy.
