When you hear those words, you know that collectivist thought is never too far behind. She's outraged by the possiblity of cuts in Social Security. However, she doesn't believe that it contributes to the deficit and she won't even admit that deficits are potentially fatal to an economy or a society. Her comrade in arms Paul B. Farrell goes even further to claim that the free market is causing our moral decline. Somehow he believes that crony capitalism is a function of free markets.
