Unionization suffered a stunning defeat in Alabama in their efforts to unionize an Amazon warehouse. What is going to happen next for organized labor in the United States? Today, 27 states have right to work laws in place. These laws prevent unions from forcing people to join their organization. The Biden administration is trying to stop and even rollback these protections. However based upon the Amazon results they are facing an uphill battle.
