He believes that it's part of the US's was on ISIS, payback to the Saudis for their lack of petro-dollar support and an attack on Russia for the Ukraine and their attacks on the dollar as well. He's got more to say about what's going on with precious metals prices and what that's going to do to the miners and it's not pretty.
