This will deal specifically with the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) and the newly formed Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The NLRB made numerous rules and regulations as well as hundreds of decisions. If the Supremes rule against the President, all of that work could be ruled null and void, requiring the the Board to relitigate and reissue all of the affected rules and regulations. That would be an enormous undertaking that might not be worth the effort for many of the cases and rules involved. Stay tuned!
