There's a major problem in San Francisco and other cities. Homelessness is rampant and it's affecting the quality of life - big time. From human excrement to used syringe's, filth and chaos are reigning. And it's time to reign it all in, before it's too late. We talk also about the fall of Las Vegas. Again homeless, abject neglect and a feeling that they've given up. Vegas once a value travel destination, is now a nickel and dimer's paradise.
