Mickey Fulp stopped by today to do a belated monthly market wrap-up. We both had heavy travel schedules and at times limited internet access, so we're a little late doing it this month. But we feel compelled to get it done, because virtually no one else goes back in time to see how the markets performed on a relative basis.
