Dr. Larry Kawa is still waging his legal war against the Obama Administration, even though the case was dismissed in the US District Court for lack of standing. He's appealing to the United States Court of Appeals and believes that he will ultimately prevail. We wish him well in his quest for justice. Someone has to do it and we're glad he's taken up the effort.
