Highlights:
-The real estate industry is moving past; people can’t take their
time anymore with buying/selling
-It’s not a market for the weak
-It’s good to consider downsizing to be sure you can afford what’s
on the market; be reasonable in your expectations and assessing
your current needs
-It’s also critical to have a cushion of money for incidents that
can occur with homes (i.e. roofing)
